Next Steps After Submission
- Authorization Request: We immediately submit a Request for Authorization to the insurance adjuster upon receiving your referral.
- Rapid Scheduling: Once authorization is approved, we schedule the patient ASAP to prevent delays in care.
Comprehensive Coverage & Insurance
We accept all workers' compensation insurance plans for any injured worker. Additionally, we welcome civilian Federal employees covered under the Federal Employee's Compensation Act (FECA) via the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), including:

How quickly do you submit the Request for Authorization?
We submit the authorization request to the insurance adjuster within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving your referral and necessary clinical documentation.
What happens if an authorization is delayed or denied?
Our administrative team actively follows up with adjusters. If a delay occurs, we keep the referring provider and case manager updated on the status.
Do you provide regular progress updates?
Yes. We supply timely clinical updates and work status reports to adjusters and nurse case managers to ensure coordinated care.

We provide specialized, trauma-informed mental health support for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and personal injuries. We are currently accepting new clients on a case-by-case basis.
To protect our clinical focus, we do not accept medical liens. However, we gladly consider cases utilizing an intermediary funding company or legal funding company that pays upfront for psychological services.

- Rapid Processing: Once we receive all client information and confirm the payment or funding method, we initiate intake immediately.
- Immediate Care: The client will be scheduled ASAP to ensure there are no delays in their emotional and psychological recovery.
Payment & Funding Framework
- No Liens: We do not hold balances against future legal settlements.
- Intermediary Funding: We accept upfront payment from third-party legal/medical financing firms.
- Direct Pay: Clients may also self-pay upfront and seek reimbursement through their settlement.

How fast can my client be seen?
Once we receive the referral paperwork and verify the intermediary funding source, we schedule your client ASAP to prevent gaps in their care.
Why don't you accept letters of protection (LOPs) or liens?
To maintain clinical objectivity and financial predictability, we require payment at the time of service. Intermediary funding models allow your client to get immediate care without building up debt on our books.
Do you provide clinical documentation for legal cases?
Yes. We maintain detailed, objective clinical documentation and can provide progress summaries upon receipt of a signed HIPAA release form from the client.
